Regenerating special pillow "My Neck" from Hefel
Hefel "My Neck" is a special pillow recommended by doctors and therapists, which has been ergonomically developed over many years by the South Tyrolean physiotherapist Günther Forer. Conveniently implemented by Hefel, the special cushion was ultimately awarded the AGR seal of approval ("Aktion Gesunder Rücken e.V.").
Unfortunately, physical strain in modern everyday life has become commonplace. The head, neck and shoulder area ("KoNaSchu") is the area most affected by tension, severe pain, stiffness and ultimately restricted movement. These strains are triggered by poor posture, prolonged sitting and stress.
Suitable positioning, support and relief for the spine can prevent or reduce pain. This is exactly where Hefel's "My Neck" comes in. The pillow supports and relieves the cervical spine when sleeping on the back or side. The padding in the upper spine area has a liberating, practical and efficient effect. At the same time, it stretches the chest muscles and mobilizes the thoracic spine.

The pillow is filled with 100% Hefel Vitasan fiber balls and the surface fabric is made of the purest cotton. You will receive "My Neck" carefully packed in a carrier bag with inserts. Additional filling material can be delivered to your home packed in 200g bags.
