Payment methods

We offer our customers the following payment options:

• PayPal
• Prepayment
• Cash on delivery
• Credit card

Security in payment transactions is very important to us. We therefore use a secure encryption method that makes payment-related data invisible to third parties (bedandroom is SSL123 certified by Thawte).

1. How does payment with "PayPal" work?

   If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. There you can log in with your user data or open a PayPal account. You can also pay conveniently with your Visa or Mastercard via PayPal. We will receive your payment within a short time.

2. How does payment with "prepayment" work?

   Wenn Sie per Vorauskasse bezahlen möchten, finden Sie in Ihrer Bestellbestätigungsemail auch unsere Bankverbindung. Damit wir Ihre Bestellung zügig bearbeiten können, geben Sie unter Verwendungszweck bitte immer Ihren Namen und die Auftragsnummer an. Beachten Sie bitte, dass Ihre Bestellung erst dann bearbeitet wird, wenn wir den Rechnungsbetrag erhalten haben. Bitte überweisen Sie stets in Euro. Bestellungen, denen kein Zahlungseingang zugeordnet werden kann, werden automatisch nach 7 Tagen storniert.

3. How does payment with "cash on delivery" work?

   In this way, you can pay the invoice amount directly to the letter carrier when your order is delivered. The additional costs for this payment method are to be borne by you.
   Please understand that we have to charge you the costs for cash on delivery orders that are not accepted or not collected in the amount of the cash on delivery costs actually incurred.
   For cash on delivery shipments in Austria, you will currently incur an additional € 3.50 fee.
   For deliveries to Germany, this fee is currently € 4.00. In addition, DHL currently charges the recipient of the shipment € 2.00. This means that a total of € 6.00 cash on delivery fee is currently incurred (€ 4.00 when ordering + € 2.00 when receiving the shipment).

4. Kann ich Gutscheine einlösen?

   Gutscheine (Gutscheincodes) können Sie ganz einfach im Warenkorb einlösen.
   Der Betrag wird Ihnen dann automatisch von Ihrem aktuellen Bestellwert abgezogen.

5. How does payment by credit card work?

   We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. You will be redirected to Unzer at the end of the order process. Enter your credit card details there. Your credit card details are never stored in our store. Unzer fulfills the highest security requirements according to PCI standards. The invoice amount will be debited from your card immediately.
