A real classic that no bakery should be without. The original Mühlviertel strudel cloth in the size 100 x 120 cm with a 1 cm hem is made from pure linen.

Due to the smooth surface of the linen fiber, the dough does not stick to the strudel cloth. The antibacterial properties of linen are also ideal for the kitchen.

Lightly dust the cloth with flour for "strudel pulling".

Hergestellt wird das Tuch von der 1832 gegründeten Leinenweberei Vieböck im österreichischen Mühlviertel. Verwendet wird ein Garn aus europäischen, langfaserigen Flachs.
